Founder
Ruhi White is a seasoned business professional with an MBA degree and over 8 years of dynamic experience collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, including state, local, and federal government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses. Her career is distinguished by a robust skill set encompassing creative problem-solving, service optimization, data analysis, and strategic business acumen.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Ruhi guides her clients toward tangible success through realistic goal setting, meticulous risk management, and impactful stakeholder communication. Her expertise enables her to navigate complex challenges with agility and precision, consistently delivering desired outcomes.
Ruhi earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Utica University, School of Business & Justice Studies in 2020, building upon a solid foundation laid during her Bachelor of Arts studies in Political Science at UAlbany in 2013. Her educational achievements complement her professional experience, enhancing her ability to provide invaluable insights and strategic guidance to her consulting clients.

With a wealth of hands-on experience, Timothy Blake has traversed the length and breadth of the United States, spearheading the Office 365 Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) program for pivotal IT and Business Decision Makers, as well as Champion Users. Beyond geographical boundaries, he has also led engaging online training sessions for the global End User Community.
His expertise spans a comprehensive array of business-driven use cases for Office 365, encompassing flagship tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office 2016, Skype for Business, Power BI, and beyond. Grounded in a deep understanding of client needs and industry best practices, Timothy is committed to unlocking the full potential of Office 365 to drive organizational productivity and success.
